Returns Policy
First of all, please contact us if you want to make a return. Below you will find all the information you need to ensure everything goes as quickly as possible.
How does it work?
- Reporting returned products must be done within 14 days of receiving the package.
- Returned products must be returned within 14 days of reporting the return products.
- Crediting the consumer will take place within 14 days after registering the returned products.
Returns
The possibility of returns applies for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Poké Center with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of your purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer!
Excluded items
The following items are excluded from returns:
- Bundle products (card sets and gift boxes)
Bundle products involve a surprise effect, where the customer has the option to receive different types of bundle products. Unfortunately, these cannot be discussed in advance due to the surprise effect. This means it is not possible to return bundled products. - Mystery Boxes
Mystery Boxes provide a surprise effect, giving the customer the opportunity to receive different types of products. Unfortunately, the content cannot be discussed in advance due to the surprise effect. As a result, it is not possible to return Mystery Boxes. - Gift vouchers (physical and digital)
Refunds (if applicable)
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will send you an acknowledgment of receipt via email. We'll also let you know if we've approved or denied your refund. If we approve your refund, it will be processed and automatically charged to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund within 72 hours, please check your bank account first. If necessary, please contact the issuer of your credit card. It may take a while for your refund to appear. Gifts
If it concerns an item that was specifically purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of the returned item. We will send you a gift voucher as soon as we receive the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift upon purchase or the giver first received the item himself and only then gave it to you, we will refund the item to the person who gave it to you and the person will be notified that you have received it. sent back.
Dispatch
To return your item, please contact us first by email. Further instructions will be received via email.
The shipping costs for returning the item are at your expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. When you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. How long it takes for a replacement item to reach you depends on where you are. If you send us an item worth more than €75, please consider a shipping service with a tracking option or insurance. We make no guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
