Shipping Policy

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM are done, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always successful in achieving this. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated on our website do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

For shipments under €75:
€6.75 - Package
€8.75 - Registered Parcel (Insured up to €500)
€14.90 - Package with insurance service (Insured up to €5,500)

Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery from various parcel services. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
